Tale of Two Cats
Once there lived two cats, one was a beautiful tri-color princess and the other a Siamese, ragdoll prince. The two lived together in a bickering rivalry. You see, it was who owned them that they bickered over. The princess belonged to the daughter where the prince belonged to the mother and whenever the prince thought the princess got to close to his owner, he would get into a pouncing position and chase her away.
One day, the prince and princess were in their regular positions on the high tower when the princess saw something. Immediately, she jumped down and stalked the cabinet underneath the counter, for what she'd seen was a mouse. Now the prince at this moment was sleeping but in a few minutes when he woke up, he saw the princess and he got suspictious. "What was she doing?" the prince thought.
All of sudden, the princess moved from her stalking position and pounced on an unexpecting mouse. She killed it after a few minutes and dropped it in front of her master's room.
When her master's father got home and saw it, he praised the princess and gave her two treats.
Now this made the prince mad and he vowed to get even with her, for she had taken his treat away when she caught that little mouse and she was not going to do it again.
